1. Lower Thermostat to 50
2. Make sure fire is totally out in coal stove!!!
3. Turn off all lights...make sure Time is set in living-room and master bedroom

   Summer time all setting	7 to 12 p.m.
   Winter	5 to 11 p.m.

4. Wash and replace all towels and sheets
5. Vacuum entire house / Put all trash in Plastic Bags
6. Empty Refrigerator of all perishables
7. Lock and deadlock all doors
8. Leave Information Book on kitchen counter. Leave all keys with book.
9. Upon exiting front door make sure garage door is open. Lock and deadbolt door to garage, exit front red door and lock and deadbolt. Put key (final set) in garage in vacuum accessory container. Push garage door button to close door and run out while door is coming down.

Use of Trash Compactor during your stay greatly reduces volume of trash. Put this bag in plastic garbage bag to reduce smell and leave in garage.
